hand brakes, and the seats have quick adjust bolts.

you get thirsty while biking, there are a few of these water stations
on the route.
The
Basketball Court, stop and shoot some hoops.
Stop
and check out the vegetation, especially on the packed dirt path, once
you pass the massage cabanas.
